Stefano Messelodi - Technologies of Vision - FBK - TRENTO - ITALY
Stefano Messelodi was born in
Arco (Italy)
in 1961. He graduated in Computer Science from the
University of Milan in
1984.
Since 1986 he is working in the Computer Vision group of FBK (formerly ITC-irst) and since 1998 he leads the Technologies of Vision research unit.
His research interests include OCR and text localization in scenes, complex document analysis, traffic scene analysis and image processing.
He is a member of the International Association for Pattern Recognition.
